Jimi Jamison, the lead singer of Survivor, passed away August 31, 2014 after suffering a heart attack. Jamison was Survivor's lead singer from 1984 until 1988, singing the vocals for the band's hits "The Moment of Truth" from The Karate Kid, "Is This Love," and "Burning Heart" from Rocky IV. As a solo artist, he recorded the track "I'm Always Here," which became the theme song for the TV series Baywatch.
